The Student Leader Board of Xinmin Secondary School An organization that had been set up in the year 2003, the Student Leader Board is the product of the prefectorial board and the student council being merged together as one. The Student Leader Board consists of five separate committees that work together hand in hand into bringing Xinmin Secondary School to greater heights. These Committees are : The Executive Committee (EXCO) The Student Welfare Action Team (SWAT) The External Relations Committee (ER) The Bring-it-on! Committee (BIO) The Disciplinary Board (DB) With the help of the school administration and as well as teaching staff of the school, The Student Leader Board hopes to enhance the lives of students in the school, where they can make the school their second home.
